This session will provide a clear overview of current infectious waste requirements, highlight the risks and impacts of improper disposal, and outline new legislation advancing at the Capitol that may affect ASC operations. Proper infectious waste disposal is essential to safe, compliant ASC operations - especially as enforcement activity and regulatory expectations continue to increase.
